woke up at 6am..
then slack in bed..
until 6.10am..
then wash up..went sch for training..
haha.
when i reached school at about 7.55am..
found out that niancai was already at the
bball court even though their training was at 8.30am...
wah!!
so hardworking ah niancai!!
must continue hors..
haha..
then went training..
learned how to do one stop point??
bunny hop??
and more..
but still very lan at it..
haha..
then after training..
did crunches..etc..
stomach like damn pain..
then went 350..
